MY3 is an online and mobile service that provides users the ability to reach out for help during a time of crisis. MY3 is a free, secure, confidential, and easy-to-use app for users who want to connect with their network of friends, family, and loved ones. This app provides a tool for users to talk to their network about any issues or concerns they are having, as well as reach out for help in the event that they are feeling suicidal.
What is MY3?
It was developed in partnership between the California Mental Health Services Authority and the Link2Health Solutions.
